Uniquely Beautiful (we, our, us) has the right to make changes to all terms and conditions and policies at any time without prior notification. It is important to read these terms and conditions and policies before you proceed with your order.

Uniquely Beautiful has the right to change prices at any time without prior notification. Any orders currently being processed will maintain its current value and will not be affected. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, then decide to re-order, the price change will go into effect immediately. Cancellations of any kind, will only be honored before your order ships. Orders will NOT be processed until your payment has been marked as paid. Refunds will not be given once your order has shipped (See Refund Policy for exceptions). You will receive notifications while your order is being processed.  

Because Uniquely Beautiful is strictly ecommerce, we do not warehouse our products. Our products come from an array of different suppliers and therefor; may come to you in more than one shipment in different time-frames (Please see our Shipment Policy for more information).

When purchasing physical Gift Cards, you will not be taxed, but will incur a shipping charge per gift card regardless of how many you purchase. Gift Cards can be shipped to different addresses from your own; just be sure to provide complete and accurate addresses. When purchasing eGift Cards, you will only be charged the value of the card. Discounts cannot be used towards Gift Cards; although, periodically, we may run promotions giving away gift cards. So, check back often for updates.

You will find links and banners to other companies throughout this website, particularly on the Blog page. Uniquely Beautiful (Joanne Davis) is an affiliate of some of these companies, but not all. Just to name a couple, I am an affiliate of Beachbody, CafePress, and InboxDollars. Any purchases on these sites can only be made solely on those sites. Uniquely Beautiful does not have control of shipping or any of those companies' policies.


Privacy Policy

Uniquely Beautiful will obtain your name, address, email address, phone number and any other personal information solely for the purpose of processing your order(s). Your information will not be shared or sold to any 3rd parties at any time for any reason. Your privacy is very important to us.



Shipment and Payment Information


Uniquely Beautiful reserves the right to cancel any order at any given time within reason (example: unforeseen problems with suppliers). You will be notified and given a full refund if this occurs. 


Because Uniquely Beautiful is strictly ecommerce, we do not warehouse our products. Our products come from an array of different suppliers and therefor; may come to you in more than one shipment in different time-frames. We will begin processing your order within 48 hours of receiving your payment in full. Your order may be delivered anywhere between 5 to 20+ days depending on your item's location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your item(s) are shipped. We will, however, do our very best to find out what's going on.


Uniquely Beautiful accepts payments through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payments, as PayPal also accepts debit and credit cards.



Refund and Return Policy


Uniquely Beautiful has the right to reject refund/return requests. Full refunds must be requested before your order is shipped. Refunds will not be given once your order has shipped.  Once your order has been delivered, if you decide you want to return it, you will receive a refund (minus any shipping and handling fees). The items must be unopened and undamaged. The items must be in resalable condition (to be determined by Uniquely Beautiful). There will also be a 30% restocking fee. You will be responsible for return shipping cost both ways. You may request a replacement only if the item is damaged on arrival or is the wrong item (we do keep copies of receipts to verify this). A return request must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be returned. A refund will not be honored for Gift Cards or eGift Cards for any reason. Some items, due to their nature, may not be returned (this information will be in the item description).
